1. ORIGINAL BLEND (170 PROOF / 85% ABV)
Continuous column distilled from Reverse Osmosis permeate. This is a moderately clean spirit that retains a somewhat fruity character. It is our "workhorse" spirit, great for general wine fortification and cellar sanitation.
2. PREMIUM BLEND (184 PROOF / 92% ABV)
The Original Blend is re-distilled in a copper pot still with a rectification column. This results in a very clean spirit that still holds a pleasant, fruity character. It is perfect for fortifying high-end wines or making alcohol tinctures where a subtle yet distinctive grape character is desired.
3. PURE BLEND (190 PROOF / 95% ABV)
Neutral grape spirit. Exceptionally clean, neutral character; great for any use where a true neutral spirit is required including vodka, wine spirits additions, sanitation, and tincture making.
4. VIRA-PROOF™ (140 PROOF / 70% ABV)
Specially formulated with Original Blend and Reverse Osmosis water. This is a sanitizing surface spray ready to use as a daily surface disinfectant. (Note: This product is denatured and not for consumption).

What is the difference between Denatured and Non-Denatured spirits?
Non-Denatured spirits are pure ethanol suitable for human consumption (fortification, distilling). They are subject to Federal Excise Tax. Denatured spirits (like Vira-Proof) have a bitter additive that renders them undrinkable, making them tax-exempt but suitable only for sanitation/industrial use.
Do I need a DSP permit to buy High Proof?
Yes. To purchase non-denatured spirits tax-free in bond, you must hold a valid Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) permit. If you are a Bonded Winery (BW), you may also receive spirits for fortification purposes under specific transfer bonds.
What is the minimum order quantity?
